TERMS OF USE

To participate in the Vibrant India Talent Show – Season 1, it is mandatory to read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.1. Registration forms must be submitted online only.

1.2. Registration will be considered complete only after payment of the non-refundable registration fee of INR 1200.

1.3. Age Categories:

• Junior Category: 16 to 25 years

• Senior Category: 26 to 40 years

First Round: Online Auditions

Participants must record a solo dance performance (1–2 minutes) using a mobile phone and upload it to the official online portal.

Semi-Final Round

This will be a live stage dance performance with music or song at Surat.

Grand Finale

The grand finale will be a live stage performance at Mumbai.

Note: The choice of song is up to the participant.

3.1. Participants must carry valid ID proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or Aadhaar Card) and the registration fee receipt to the audition venue.

3.2. Participants below 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.

3.3. Performance Duration: 2 to 3 minutes. Exceeding the time limit may lead to deduction of marks.

3.4. Participants may use an audio CD or instrumental video, which must and send it via Google Drive to our official email address.

3.5 Participants must be prepared to perform a dance to any form of Indian instrumental music or to any Indian classical or film song (in any Indian language). Songs must be provided in CD or pen drive format.

3.6. Final-stage participants will be required to perform with a audio cd recorded.

3.7. Participants must be prepared with at least two dance performances and may be asked to perform a classical or Hindi film song.

4.1. All information provided must be accurate. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.

4.2. Misleading other participants or spreading false information about the competition may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

4.3. Participants must maintain proper decorum at all venues and follow instructions from the organizers. Any misbehaviour or disturbance may result in immediate disqualification.

4.4. Participants must disclose in writing to Short Film Mantra Productions of any pending legal proceedings (civil/criminal) or prior convictions.

5.1. The organizers, agencies, webmasters, contractors, and vendors shall not be responsible for incomplete, lost, misdirected, or delayed submissions due to technical, human, or other errors.

5.2. The organizers shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the event.

6.1. Successful participants will be required to sign agreements for music video albums and OTT platform opportunities with Short Film Mantra Productions at the semi-final stage. Notifications will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.

7.1. Organized by India’s prestigious Short Film Mantra International Film Festival Foundation, the Vibrant India Talent Show aims to promote street dog adoption, improve animal healthcare, and raise public awareness.

We may collect personal data including your name, contact details, date of birth, preferences, and interests. We may also collect photographs, videos, or other content uploaded by you. Any demographic data (e.g., gender, age, location) may be combined with your personal information.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Please note that messages sent via the “Contact Us” form may not always receive a response.

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is entirely secure. By using our services and submitting your information, you accept that you do so at your own risk.
