TERMS OF USE

To participate in the Vibrant India Talent Show – Season 1, it is mandatory to read and agree to the following rules and regulations:

1.1. Registration forms must be submitted online only.

1.2. Registration will be considered complete only after payment of the non-refundable registration fee of INR 1200.

1.3. Age Categories:

• Junior Category: 18 to 40 years

• Senior Category: 41 to 60 years

First Round: Online Auditions

Participants are required to record a video of themselves singing any song without background music (duration: 1–2 minutes) using a mobile phone, and upload it to our online audition portal.

Semi-Final: Live Stage Performance in Surat

The semi-final round will be a live stage performance with instrumental accompaniment, held in Surat.

Grand Finale: Live Stage Show in Mumbai

The grand finale will be a live stage performance with a full orchestra, held at the in Mumbai.

Note: The choice of song is up to the participant.

3.1. Participants must carry a valid ID proof (PAN card, Passport, Driving License, or Aadhaar card) and a copy of the registration fee receipt to the audition venue.

3.2. Participants below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the audition venue. Failure to comply will lead to disqualification.

3.3. Duration of performance: 2 to 3 minutes. Exceeding the time limit may result in a deduction of marks.

3.4. Participants are required to record a video of themselves singing any song without background music and send it via Google Drive to our official email ID.

3.5 Participants must be prepared to perform a song in Hindi.

3.6. Final stage participants will be required to perform with a live orchestra.

3.7. Participants must be prepared with at least two songs and may be asked to perform a cappella (without music). No musical accompaniment (recorded or live) will be permitted during this round.

4.1. Participants must ensure that all information provided is accurate. Any mismatch in details may lead to disqualification.

4.2. Spreading false or misleading information about the competition may result in disqualification and legal action.

4.3. Participants must maintain decorum at the audition venue and follow all instructions provided by the organizers. Any misbehaviour or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.

4.4. Participants must disclose in writing to Short Film Mantra Productions of any ongoing legal proceedings (civil or criminal) or previous convictions.

5.1. The organizers, agencies, webmasters, contractors, and vendors shall not be held responsible for any incomplete, lost, misdirected, or delayed submissions due to technical, human, or other errors.

5.2. The organizers will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the event.

6.1. Successful applicants will be required to sign agreements for music video albums and OTT platform opportunities with Short Film Mantra Productions at the semi-final stage. Notification will be sent via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone Call.

7.1. Organized by India’s prestigious Short Film Mantra International Film Festival Foundation, the Vibrant India Talent Show also aims to promote street dog adoption, improve their healthcare, and raise public awareness.

8.1. We may collect personal data including your name, contact details, date of birth, preferences, and interests. We may also collect photographs, videos, or other content uploaded by you. Any demographic information (e.g., gender, age, location) provided may be combined with personal data and treated accordingly.

8.2. We do not use the provided data for marketing purposes without your consent. Please note that messages sent via the “Contact Us” form may not always receive a response.

9.1. We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is entirely secure. By using our services and submitting your information, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk.
